Showcase your best clinical, pathological, or radiological images related to rheumatology.

Guidelines and Submission Requirements:

  1. All images must be submitted in either JPG or PNG format.
  2. Images should have a minimum resolution of 72 PPI.
  3. For high-definition (HD) images, the dimensions must be at least 1920 x 1080 pixels.
  4. The maximum file size for each image is 10 MB.
  5. Do not include any patient information or identifiers in the images. All identifying data must be completely removed to ensure patient privacy.
  6. Submitted images must be the original work of the participant.
  7. The patient's consent should have been obtained.
  8. Each image must have a title (maximum 100 characters).
  9. Each submission must include a concise and informative caption (maximum 100 words) describing the image content.
  10. By submitting an image, you grant the conference organizers permission to display it during the event and in post-conference materials, such as the newsletter, website or social media, with proper credit.
  11. The judging criteria will focus on clinical relevance, educational value, and image quality.
  12. There will be dedicated prizes for young rheumatologists and rheumatology trainees.
