General Guidelines:
- Abstract may be submitted before registering for the conference, but registration is mandatory for presenting the abstract (poster or oral presentation) at the conference.
- Abstracts must be reflective of the research/case report and must not exceed 250 words.
- The corresponding author will be the primary contact for all correspondence regarding the acceptance and abstract presentation.
- All abstracts should be submitted in English using "Times New Roman" font.
- All abstracts must be submitted via the conference website ONLY.
- The title should be short and concise, and must not be in capital letters (use sentence case).
- Abbreviations should be expanded at first use.
- The last date for submission of abstracts is 17th August 2025.
- All submissions will be acknowledged by email only, so provide your current working email ID and mobile number. (We are not responsible for responses not received due to incorrect email IDs or contact numbers provided.)
- By submitting an abstract, the author transfers copyright ownership to the organizing committee for any publication. The organizing committee reserves the right to reproduce the abstract/presentation in print or electronic media.
- Abstracts/papers previously published or presented at national or international meetings are not permitted.
- The scientific committee will review the abstracts, and acceptance will be communicated to the presenting author in due course.
- The scientific committee reserves the right to allocate a session time or change the presentation type.
Note for APLAR MNO Members: The abstract submission deadline has been extended until 20th August. Registration can be completed after your abstract is accepted.
Instructions for Abstract Content:
- Use generic (salt) names of drugs only. Do not use trade or brand names.
- In original research, the results must be submitted with the abstract.
- No references are needed with abstract submission.

- Introduction (up to 50 words)
- Methods (up to 100 words)
- Results (up to 100 words)
- Conclusion (up to 50 words)
